A water availability modeling (WAM) system consisting of the Water Rights Analysis Package (WRAP) and input datasets for all Texas river basins has been used statewide, regional, operational planning allocation regulatory purposes many years. The was recently expanded to support integration environmental flow requirements in comprehensive management. strategy is presented this paper combining WRAP-WAM with data management statistical analysis tools expand capabilities analyzing stream alterations effects on flows standards. Trinity River Basin case study demonstrates utility addressing relevant issues systems elsewhere.
